The PQ Program is a mental fitness program that enables wellness, performance, and positive relationships.
The PQ Program is more than just a mental fitness course; it's a transformative six-week journey that empowers you to achieve sustained positive change. By laying down new neural pathways and forming powerful habits, you'll learn to shift your mindset towards a more positive and productive state.

Throughout the program, you'll work on identifying and decreasing negative thoughts, referred to as 'Saboteurs', while simultaneously increasing positive thoughts, known as your 'Sage'. The journey begins with a Saboteur assessment to help you recognize your top Saboteurs.

You will receive key insights and learnings from Stanford Professor, Shirzad Chamine through the PQ app and you will receive expert guidance from Natalie each week and through coaching sessions.
How the program works
Each week, you'll focus on daily practices and exercises in the 'PQ Gym', supplemented by a supportive community atmosphere. The program's content is accessible via the PQ app, allowing you to track and measure your progress effectively.

The PQ Program includes a unique community feature facilitated by Natalie. Our community groups provide weekly opportunities for deeper learning, connection, discussion and reflection.

During your time in the PQ Program, you'll build a strong foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles. This shift will empower you from being dominated by your inner Saboteurs to being guided by your inner Sage, leading to lifelong benefits in both your personal and professional life.
