I started She Means Business because I saw too many leaders with incredible potential held back by misaligned leadership and unclear strategy. I knew I could help them unlock that potential and create lasting change.

With more than a decade of consulting experience, I've worked with startups, nonprofits, government agencies, and entrepreneurs to solve challenges, grow revenue, and build thriving teams. What I know for sure is that confidence is the key, and it is a skill every leader can develop.

That is why I focus on helping women uncover their strengths, define their purpose, and build clear strategies that align with who they are and where they want to go. My approach is simple, practical, and fun, because leading with purpose should feel exciting1
